As a licensed home inspector, I will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn.  I strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association in America.

After the inspection, we can walk the house together and I will explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. I will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in my easy-to-read report, that will be delivered in HTML and  PDF format. From that report, you’ll be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference.

If you are not able to attend the home inspection, don’t worry.  You have a busy schedule and I understand that.  I take a lot of pictures and videos so you can see what the issues are from the comfort of your home or office, or anywhere on a mobile device such as a smart phone or tablet.  We can schedule a meeting or phone conference to review the report together and I’ll answer all your questions and concerns.
